Meet Meredith Blanque
Bio
Meredith’s focus is in the area of marine and energy litigation. She has represented vessel owners and operators, as well as offshore oil and gas companies, through all stages of state and federal litigation involving collisions, pollution incidents, navigational errors, explosions, personal injuries, deaths, toxic exposures, property damage, cargo claims, contractual disputes, and property seizures.
Meredith has experience conducting shipboard investigations (domestically and abroad) and has represented and advised clients through regulatory proceedings involving the Coast Guard, National Transportation Safety Board, Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection, and Department of Justice.
Meredith is a member of the Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association, the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, and the Maritime Law Association.
