Meet Courtney Crowell
Bio
Courtney E. Crowell is an associate with the firm practicing in the area of Admiralty/Maritime, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act Defense, Commercial Litigation, and Jones Act Defense. Ms. Crowell received her Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School in May 2019, where she earned honors in Trial Advocacy. While in law school, Ms. Crowell served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Tulane Journal of Law & Sexuality and was published in Volume 28 of the Journal. Ms. Crowell also practiced as a student attorney in the Tulane Domestic Violence Clinic, resulting in her receipt of the Association for Women Attorneys Award. She was additionally awarded the Jackson-Ryan Pro Bono Advocate Award for her public service throughout law school. Prior to law school, Ms. Crowell attended Elon University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in the Pre-Law Program. While at Elon, Ms. Crowell was distinguished as a Civil Engagement Scholar, served as the Director of Scholarship for Panhellenic Council, and worked as the Organization Development Director for the University.
